Overview
A unique fixed blade Snody design in the Japanese genre of form and function. The polished chisel ground blade flows into a cord wrapped handle with red colored ray skin. Also in the handle is a skull and bone design menuki. And for carry, a molded sheath is done with a ray skin texture to compliment the knife. Notching on thumbrest and back of tang. Marked "First Production Run 178/1000". VERY HARD TO FIND. Comes with kydex sheath. Full tang, .029" blade stock, 1.55" blade depth. Minor sheath marks on blade, but otherwise excellent condition.

Snody, Mike
Mike Snody is a knife maker who is known for his use of exotic materials in his custom knives. He began making Japanese influenced fixed-blade knives in 1998 and branched out into other designs by 2004 including Kitchen knives, Machetes, Fixed blade fighting knives, and Pocket Knives.
