This Scottish short sword is thought to be from the 1800's. The knife features a hand rub satin finished blade with fullers and a false top edge, .269" blade stock and 1.262" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has silver fittings with a carved wooden grip. Comes with a black hand tooled leather sheath with silver fittings, it also holds a companion blade. Comes with a matching belt with a silver belt buckle, buckle is stamped R&HB Kirkwood 66&68 Thistle st Edinr. Has some light scratches and mild patina, otherwise good condition for its age. Comes with a zippered case.
