Note from seller:"This knife is part of a collection of knives which are now regretfully being liquidated due to a medical hardship. Rainy, whom I believe is one of the finest auto knifemakers in the world, was privately commissioned by me to create this collection. Most importantly, since I desired to have a very unique collection of autos, I personally secured all materials. Those materials included each set of presentation grade handles, the damascus, steel, screws and I even hand picked in New York the premium grade gemstones used in the knifes. In all reality, these are not just custom knives - but honestly a true creation of knife art. Finally, all knives have been stored in the open position in glass cases since the day I received them."
This custom side-opening automatic features a damascus blade, mosaic damascus double bolsters, and mammoth ivory scales. Damascus push button with large gray sapphire inlay. Carved damascus inlay on scale with huge opal inset. Green princess-cut sapphire inset in backspacer. File work on backspacer and all around liners. Strong and fast leaf spring action.
