The metal of my blades is high speed tool steel and during the tempering they are stress relieved three times to bring them to the ultimate in strength with a Rc 60-61. I hand grind and strop each blade to a razor edge - that lasts. Since my blades are designed for use, not display, I do not mirror polish, rather my blades are bead blasted to produce a scratch resistant, non-reflective satin finish. Each handle is shaped in harmony with the hand, no matter how you hold it, it fits. All my designs are full tang."
