This "Hudood" BC-5 Fighter (which means "border" in Kurdish, Farsi, and Arabic...and BC-5, meaning "border combat", 5" blade) has a hand (flat) ground, Cerakoted A2 drop point blade with false top edge, notched thumb ramp, and full tang. 1/4" blade stock, 1-1/2" depth. Handle is ivory paper micarta with exposed tang butt glass breaker and lanyard hole. Heat treatment by Paul Bos. New from maker. This knife was made specifically for a team of US Special Forces solders that were operating in Iraq out of FOB Edge. FOB Edge is on the border between Iraq and Iran, thus border combat in the name.
