Overview
This model was custom made by Ernie Emerson in his home shop in the 1980's as a precursor to the Emerson CQC-7. The blade is hand ground with a hand rubbed finish. In providing this information, to paraphrase Ernie, "you have gotten hold of a very early piece that is a true one of a kind Emerson knife".
