Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This lockback by Graham Clayton under his Trademark "Digby's Kelham Island" features a mirror polished blade with nail nick and fileworked spine. The handle has scales consisting of engraved nickel silver and mother of pearl, brass liners, fileworked stainless steel backspacer. Comes with zippered case. Has some light scratches, otherwise excellent condition.

About the Maker

Clayton, Graham

Graham Clayton is from Kellham Island, Sheffield England and began making knives for Wostenholm at the age of 15. In 1965 he went to work for Ibberson and then in the mid-1970's he began making knives on his own. He began selling knives under the name Digby's in the early 1980's and continued on in that fashion until his retirement. The name Digby was invented by his old old sales partner. When he went to shows he always looked smart and some guys nick named him Digby, and the name sort of stuck.
