Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

Klötzli Messerschmiede in Switzerland has taken their flagship knife, the Michael Walker designed ACC1 folder and given it some very impressive upgrades. The Walker-06-C is a high performance, high tech knife. Handmade in Switzerland, this liner lock folder is 7" overall with a 3" clip point blade. It measures 4" closed and weighs just 2.84 ounces. The fine edge blade is hand hollow ground of ATS-34 stainless steel. The gray Titanium handle is beautifully offset by a brilliant, blue anodized Titanium liner which can be seen through the cut outs in the handle. This silky smooth knife has all stainless hardware and comes with a stainless steel pocket clip. The Walker-06-C comes brand new in the original Klotzli box with all papers and a black leather pocket pouch. This knife looks as good as it feels. It is a stunning blade. Klotzli Knives

Klotzli Knives of Switzerland has been producing knives for well over 150 years and has achieved an international reputation for making "upscale working folders". Utilizing materials as 440C stainless steel, carbon fiber, titanium and G-10 and adhering to the highest standards in production, the results are consistent excellence.Klotzli knives are designed by two premier mdern custom knifemakers - Michael Walker of the USA and Christian Wimpff of Germany. A custom knife from either of these makers would cost well over $1000 at the least. Peter Klotzli, a fifth generation knifemaker in his own right, personally supervises the production as well as personally checks each knife that leaves his workshop of three knifemakers.

Walker, Michael

Michael Walker has been a custom knifemaker since 1980. Walker is the inventor of more than 30 different knife mechanisms including the Walker Linerlock, for which he secured a trademark in 1980. He invented the Linerlock style of folding knife. Inducted into The Blade Magazine Cutlery Hall of Fame in 2004. Also a member of the Art Knife Invitational.
