I have been a knife maker since 1983. I got my start watching George Herron in his shop. He has always been a mentor, answering all of my questions and helping with the little problems of knifemaking. Most of my work is geared toward hunters. Since the most important part of the hunt is not the gun, no matter how much it costs, but a knife that will get the job done comfortably and quickly.I also build a few boots and fighters. All blades are ATS-34 that are professionally heat-treated to a Rockwell 59. All guards, bolsters, and pins are 303 Stainless. All knives are serial numbered. The sheaths are pouch type and are wet-formed to fit each knife.
