Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Zero by Jens Anso features a Takefu Ghost San Mai Damascus blade with thumbhole and false top edge. The handle has an Anso textured and fine checker milled anodized titanium frame, anodized titanium tip up clip, Black Timascus backspacer with milling, lanyard hole, anodized titanium hardware and timascus pivot collars. Nice detent, lockup and blade seating. Rides on bronze washers. Comes with original box and COA dated Feb 15, 2025. New condition.

The Zero was originally designed back in 2011 as a Testlab Outbreak model but same year was made into the Zero. Here I revised the design. Brought it up to today’s standards if you will.

A few key elements in this build. Double swedge grind. Hardened steel lock insert. Titanium screws. Anso texture on the show side. Contoured lock side. Sculpted clip. Milled grooves in spacer.

I am not accepting orders for the Zero so this is a unique chance to get one.

This particular version is made with a Takefu Ghost SanMai Blade, Cuprum Anodized Frame & Clip, Black Timascus Spacer, Timascus Pivot Rings and Amber Anodized Titanium Screws.

"I have been a knife maker since 1988 and have been full time since 2001. I started making knives in 1988 after reading an article in an old issue of Popular Mechanics and I made my first knife out of a big file using a bench grinder and a drill press as the only powertools. It was big and crude but I was very proud. Since then I have been hooked on knife making. My knowledge in knife making comes from reading books and magazines about knife making, corresponding with other knife makers and not the least learning by trial and error. I also credit the various forums about knives and knife making both for information, customers and friends. I have always had a great interest in craftsmanship and get inspired by all sorts of things ranging from traditional Japanese carpentry to modern architecture. I have a master degree in Industrial Design which has helped me a lot in refining my knife designs. After graduating I decided to become a full time maker and although it has been hard at times I have never looked back. I like being able to do what I like the most and enjoy being my own boss. I feel very fortunate that I can make a living of something I love so much. My workshop is my cave. I love being in the shop surrounded by tools and materials. Being able to do creative work everyday is a blessing."
