Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This SealTac Presentation Fighter by Jim Hammond features a double edged high polished blade with satin flats, .235" blade stock and 1.434" blade depth, full tapered tang construction. The handle has engraved stainless steel bolsters, creamy mammoth ivory scales with scrimshaw marked "MC 83". Comes with a hand tooled brown leather sheath by Paul Long, it is not actually for this knife, it is a little longer than the blade, but it looks great with the knife. Numbered "1of1" on the blade. Excellent fit and finish. The Has a couple cracks in the scales around the pins, otherwise excellent condition. Comes with a zippered case.

About the Maker

Hammond, Jim

Jim Hammond was the first knife maker to work with CRKT, beginning in 1994. His designs for CRKT folders set new standards of construction for production folding knives. After graduation from Clemson University in 1977, Jim became a full-time knifemaker, and is noted for his exquisite and prized work. He has been a member of The Knifemakers Guild since 1978.
