Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Dual Action automatic by Gail Lunn features a ladder pattern Damascus drop point blade with file worked thumbrest and cabochon inlaid thumbstud. The handle is comprised of raindrop pattern Damascus bolsters, mammoth ivory scales, anodize finish and fileworked liners, and fileworked stainless steel backspacer. Embelleshments include a three dimensional 18K frog, scrimshaw by Sandra Brady and 3D lady bug on the rear bolster. Very nice work, and nice action. Slight side to side blade play open and closed. Excellent condition.

"I started making custom knives in early 2000. I've been very fortunate to have my knives appear in all the major knife magazines and the Knife 2003 annual. I enjoy creating a knife from raw materials. As of now I make fancy folders. I use Damascus, Mokume, Ivory, Ebony, Mother of Pearl, Goldlip and whatever else touches my fancy. I filework blades, backbars and liners in a multitude of patterns. Each new knife incorporates something I've learned from my husband and teacher Larry Lunn or other knifemakers who have helped me. There is so much to learn that knife making remains exciting and challenging. I'm a member of The Florida Knifemakers Association and a probationary member of The Knifemakers' Guild."
