TENGU 47 RONIN MOVIE SWORD (47R003) by MASTER CUTLERY
Replicated from the 47 Ronin movie is the katana wielded by both the Tengu Master and finally Kai in the Last Battle, this battle ready movie prop replica is an exact replica of the sword used by the the Tengu in 47 Ronin 2014 movie starring Keanu Reeves. The Tengu Sword is fully licensed and each one is a limited edition of only 2,000 worldwide. The blade is hand forged 1045 carbon steel, full tang, and comes fully sharpened. The tsuba is of darkened, antique-finished steel and is constructed in classic "sunburst" design featuring two dragon claws. The wood grip is partially overlaid with knotted black tsuka-ito cord and has a natural wood finish. The matching saya (scabbard) is finished wood and has a single dragon claw which holds the sageo (scabbard wrap). Each 47 Ronin movie sword blade is numbered and comes with a matching numbered certificate of authenticity. A black sword bag is also included.
These officially licensed 47 Ronin swords are exact replicas of those seen in the movie of the same name. They have not only been reproduced in look, but also in functionality, as each sword is of full tang construction, with sharpened carbon steel blades, making them not only beautiful for display but fully functional battle ready swords!
