Overview
If I were to describe the Emerson CQC-17 I would tell you that it is a cross between a sheepsfoot and a straight razor. That’s a pretty close description. But there are some differences.
The knife has a 3.125 inch blade and an overall length of 7.4 inches and finishes neatly in a pocket friendly 4.3 inch handle in the closed position. This compact cutter is a slick, efficient design that looks just as good as it cuts – which is superbly.
The graceful arc of the cutting edges is clean, efficient and of course, razor sharp. I’ve got to say this, “This is a cool pocket knife that I’ve liked more and more as an EDC every time I’ve pulled it out of my pocket to use it.”
Ernest Emerson.
This Custom has a satin finished blade with thumbdisc. The handle has dovetailed and bead blasted titanium bolsters, green canvas micarta scales, bead blasted titanium liners, tip up stainless steel clip. Comes with original box and papers. Has a couple scuffs, otherwise excellent condition.
