Overview
The Overall Goal was to create a sexy but very capable, utilitarian Nessmuk design that is compact but not cumbersome… and at just under 8″ it will disappear on your belt or vest … The other intention was to have a project that allowed us to break from our usual patterning and enjoy experimenting with different finish techniques for both of us. There’s nothing better than being able to hang out with friends, and make really cool things at the same time. For the short run, we chose one of Peter’s favorite steels, and frankly, one that I’m pretty fond of myself…. Carpenter CTS-XHP. We both are Loving this design, and we’re confident you will too. Every knife in this small run is touched by both of us through the various processes… so each knife is a true custom collaborative art piece by both Peter and Ben… from design to reality. They each come with their own Kydex scabbard that is snappy, and the tension is adjustable for the draw. The scabbard clips to a belt or webbing.
