Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.
Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.
For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

This is High Country Hunter made by Wayne Parrish and and Master Smith Don Hastings is hand forged from 5160 and has a false top edge, .306" blade stock and 1.870" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a brass guard and butt, wood grip, and black/brass spacers. Comes with a brown leather sheath. #29 of 250 on the butt. Has a black coating on the brass, some of which has come off, otherwise excellent condition.

Each Hastings - Parrish knife is traditionally handcrafted. Each is hand - forged to shape, free - ground, individually heat-treated, and carefully fitted with its handle. Some of the methods employed in production were utilized hundreds of years ago in Scandinavia, Asia, Europe by armorers and weapon makers. HASTINGS KNIVES were carried in Viet Nam, and now in the Iraq War, and are being used and colected across North America as well as many foreign countries. They are excellent companion pieces for all sporting equipment. To the best of our ability, they are designed and executed to achieve their proposed function.
Don Hastings became a full time knife maker in 1972 Don developed his line of models by trial and error. He sought out the advice of hunters and sportsmen. This advice he incorporated into the hunting model. He did the same thing with the fighting models, by seeking out the advice from soldiers and others that had knowledge in the use of fighting knives. The large Bowies are based on old designs that have been around for many years. Don helped to found the American Bladesmith Society. He was inducted into the ABS Bladesmithing Hall of Fame in 1996. Don passed away in 1986.
