Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Fiddleback Forge Drop Point Renegade Knife - Model Info

The Fiddleback Forge Renegade was designed with solid grip for tough jobs in mind. If you are looking for a great all around blade that excels at skinning as much as bushcrafting tasks...this is your blade here. The handle shape is made to provide great confidence, even when doing wet work. It's one of the best handle shapes for the serious outdoorsmen that you are likely to find anywhere.

The full-sized 4" blade is shaped to provide maximum utilitarian use along from scales to tip. The drop point version of the purpose built Renegade skinning model, the DPR bridges the gap between breaking down game in the field to doing more camp-ready and bushcrafting tasks.

Hi, I am Andy Roy, the maker at Fiddleback Forge, LLC. I started making knives in 2007, and went full time May 1, 2009 when I got laid off of my last engineering position. I consider myself a toolmaker, and much of the focus of my work is in the handle. I strive to make the most comfortable handle you?ve ever held. It is important to me that you can hold the knife in many positions comfortably and do hard extended work with the blade. I also think it is important for the handle to index the knife in your hand, so that no matter how you hold it, you know where the edge is without having to look. I use a variety of steels, and my favorite grinds are convex, and Scandi. In 2010 I spent a lot of time developing a finish treatment for the flats of my knives that I call 3D Spalted Steel. It adds a unique character to my blades, and I think it complements the refined handle work well. I am very excited to be working with Arizona Custom Knives, and hope you enjoy the Fiddleback Forge knife you buy from them.
