Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

The Microtech Ultratech Gen IV marks the next chapter in the evolution of Microtech's flagship OTF (Out-The-Front) automatic knife. Staying true to its iconic, streamlined profile and pocket-friendly design, the Gen IV delivers refined performance and cutting-edge upgrades that push the boundaries of what an OTF can be.

While the Gen IV does not incorporate Microtech’s Zero Blade Play (ZBP) system, it more than makes up for it with several high-impact enhancements. At the heart of the upgrade is the Dual-Fuel Drive Train, a re-engineered internal system designed to provide smoother, more reliable, and easier blade deployment and retraction — even under challenging conditions.

The Gen IV also introduces Microtech's Crud Kutter, a proprietary self-cleaning mechanism that helps channel debris away from the internal action. This significantly reduces buildup from lint, dirt, or grime — a must-have for EDC users and professionals alike who rely on consistent performance in the field.

Rounding out the upgrades is a redesigned glass breaker, offering improved grip and breaking force while maintaining the low-profile ergonomics Ultratech is known for.

Whether you're a long-time Microtech collector or new to the Ultratech line, the Gen IV brings a modern edge to a battle-tested platform — blending innovation with the reliability and style that Microtech knives are renowned for.
