"中華包丁兼鉈です。向こうの田舎の人が、中華包丁だけで柵作りとか野外作業やってるのを見て、鉈に寄せてデザインしました。(This is a tool that combines a Chinese cleaver and a wood-chopping knife. I saw people in the countryside using only a Chinese cleaver for tasks like building fences and outdoor work, so I designed it closer to a wood-chopping knife.)"

The three-stage folding surface brings the blade to an extremely sharp edge, allowing you to feel its chilling power strongly when chopping; additionally, the 5mm thickness of the blade provides enough reliability, allowing you to focus on your passion during heavy use.
