Overview
The Kizer Ki4439 Zugang flipper is an interesting design built for pure function. "Don't leave home without it" declares the handle in ancient script, and that's exactly how we feel about the Zugang. Anywhere you might need a beauty with a dangerous edge, the Zugang will be by your side to separate you from harm. The 6Al4V titanium handle is embossed with Chinese characters to bring it to life and they also provide some improved traction for your finger tips. The 3.71" CPM-S35VN reverse tanto blade has a nice stonewashed finish and can be opened using the dual thumb studs or flipper tang. S35VN is a high-grade steel with exceptional edge retention and wear resistance. The knife features 3D machining, a milled titanium pocket clip, a frame lock and a lanyard hole.
Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is slower than laser or water jet but Kizer feels quality is worth the wait. Each component in Kizer knives is precision machined and engineered to the finest tolerances.
