Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

The name Orion holds a special place in my heart. As a father of three boys, their favorite constellation became a symbol of unity and strength for our family. What began as the name for my first knife model quickly evolved into something greater—it became the identity of the brand itself. Orion Knives officially took shape on June 4th, 2019, when I submitted my first knife design for a render contest. I didn’t win, but that moment lit a spark. Fueled by my fascination with craftsmanship and mechanisms, I dove deeper, learning software like DraftSight and building out my first design: the Solaris. This brand is the result of a lifelong love for design, mechanics, and the knife community itself. Every interaction, every product I’ve handled, has helped shape Orion Knives into what it is today. But Orion Knives isn’t just about making knives. It’s about investing in a lifestyle—your lifestyle. Following our successful Kickstarter campaign in 2020, I made a commitment to reinvest in the brand. That means developing new products, expanding our lineup, and staying true to the needs of our community. It’s all rooted in the philosophy we proudly stand by: Invest in Your Lifestyle. So, what’s next? Orion Knives continues to grow—adding innovation, style, and function with every design.
