Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

This Pocket Case by Gary L Barnes is made from German silver with a copper repousse' shield. It has been hammer raised, has integral hinges and catch. New from maker. #626 People ask "What do you DO with it?" I often call them "Expedition Cases". I tell them, "You are hiking along an outcropping of stone and ice at 19,000 feet in the Andes. You come across a sleeping Yetti. You carefully ... and very cautiously take a "snipping" of it's fur! Now ..... what do you DO with it??? Yes inDEED! Barnes Expedition Case to the rescue! ;?)

Gary L. Barnes began making knives professionally in 1975. In 1983 Gary received his Master Bladesmith's rating from the American Bladesmith Society. He's won a whole wall full of "Best of Show" & "Best Knife" awards. He loves to develop new mechanisms and techniques. Gary has developed a wide range of skills which appear on his knives. If it's engraved, carved, etched, extruded, or coined; Gary did it himself.
