Tom Mayo is a legend in the industry with over 30 years of experience under his belt. Ed Cope is a young up and coming knifemaker and former US Army serviceman. These two Hawaiians have collaborated in the past but Ed is now out on his own making knives and this is a supremely awesome piece we are proud to present to you.
LR.6 aka the "English" is Ed's custom knife design! This knife is a beauty that will capture your eye every time you pull it out but it is a tool meant for the hard use cutting tasks. It features a 3.75" recurve clip point blade made from Vegas Forge Raindrop Damascus with a dark acid etched finish. The thumb slot opening method cannot be used for flicking the blade out, this is more of a slide open type of folder, hearkening back to a time before bearings and flipper tabs. The handle is contoured titanium with a matte bead blasted finish. This knife is ergonomic, tactical, utilitarian, and most of all beautiful. Ed has an amazing knife, and we think it's indeed up there with the best tactical/EDC knives in the business. Comes with a zippered case. Has some scuffs/scratches on the frame, otherwise good condition.
