Over forty years of making the unusual has led us to develop this survival system. From backpacking the Rockies, to walking city streets, to driving the interstates of America, the Survival Staff TM can be your constant companion to give you that extra edge.
Each one is completely handmade in our shop from the finest materials. The staff parts are made from hardened aluminum and anodized black. The blade is made from 440C stainless steel with a heavy wedge grind for strength and a keen cutting edge.
The Survival Staff™ is a survival tool for the wilderness, city streets, or your car. The package is made up of nine basic parts that can be changed around to make a hiking staff, 57" overall, walking stick, 38" long, or a 24" baton. All parts screw together so that the Survival Staff™ can be changed around to be a blow gun, a knife, a lance, or if needed the blade can be left out. The hardened point makes an effective weapon or the entire unit can be used for striking. The optional steel head adds more weight for this use. When the basic Staff is put together it weighs 1 lb. 10 oz. The parts are:
*Custom hand ground 440c blade. (Screws in and out of the handle so that you can leave it out if it is illegal where you will be using it.)
*Long tube body (Blow Gun) (walking stick).
*Short tube body (baton or swagger stick-mostly knurled).
*Head (aluminum).
*Bottom tip with steel point, (rubber tip included--remove tip to use).
*Threaded tube connector.
*Soft rubber handle.
*Mushroom cap (for walking stick) with a built in wrist thong.
*6 Blow Gun Darts (Blow guns may not be legal in your area, know your laws before using).
