Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.
Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.
For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

This Frontier Style Bowie by John Cohea features a forge finished and hammer marked blade with .234" blade stock and 1.629" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a forged wrought iron guard and butt, elk grip with copper collar. Comes with a rawhide and copper sheath. Excellent condition.

John Cohea is a frontier style knife maker and leather worker. He has been crafting knives for over 22 years. He uses natural handle materials of bear jawbone, fossilized walrus tusk, sambar stag, elk antler or ornamental hardwoods. The bolsters, and guards are made of forged wrought iron, many times using age-correct period steel, such as chain links or wagon-wheel hoops, adding to authenticity of the blade. John passed away in 2022.
