Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

This lockback folder by Heinrich Henry Frank features a mirror polished blade with nail nick and engraving on both sides. The handle has engraved nickel silver bolsters, walrus ivory covers, nickel silver escutcheons, one engraved with "DRB" and the other with flower engraving, nickel silver pins, engraved lock release on sides and on spine, nickel silver liners, polished steel backspacer with lanyard hole, copper blade stop inside handle. Dated Feb 1st, 1971. Nice lockup and blade seating. Has a few very light scratches, otherwise excellent condition. Very well done piece. Comes with wooden display case.  Includes two handwritten notes from the maker to the original purchaser.

About the Maker

Frank, Heinrich Henry

Heinrich "Henry" Frank was one of the first to engrave folders, and he is known for his quality and workmanship. His knives are very sought after and hard to obtain. Henry has been a member of the Knifemakers Guild since 1971, and is one of only twenty-five makers to be included in the prestigious Art Knife Invitational held each year. Henry only makes 6-8 knives per year.
