Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This Coffin Handled Bowie by Luke Dellmyer features a low layer Damascus blade (1084 and 15N20) with fullers and a false top edge, .275" blade stock and 1.739" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The blade still has some of the forge scale on the ricasso and near the spine, it has a really cool look. The handle has a wrought iron guard with clam shell filework on the end, fileworked copper and Damascus spacers, snakewood grip with a single copper pin. Comes with a hand tooled "Basket weave" black/brown sheath. Comes with a nylon zippered case.

About the Maker

Dellmyer, Luke

Luke started his metal work as a farrier, which he has been doing for over 25 years. He began to expand his skill set into bladesmithing in 2016. Luke has had many accomplished mentors for both his blacksmithing and bladesmithing. Having his shop at his home on the farm has allowed him to make mainly hand forged knives from both coal and propane forges. Luke has developed his craft and is able to forge out high quality knives by order in a timely manner.
