Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.
Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.
For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

This lockback from Wayne Valachovic features a drop point ladder pattern Damascus blade with fileworked spine. The handle is comprised of fluted Damascus bolsters, Impala horn covers over file worked stainless steel liners and file worked Damascus backspacer. Leather lanyard with Damascus bead on pommel. Comes with original purchase receipt. Has some light rust on the tail and some patina on the blade/bolster. Great condition otherwise.

In 1982 Wayne Valachovic became the 5th knife maker to achieve the American Bladesmith Society Master Smith rating . He made all sorts of knives, but was known primarily for his distinctive tail lock folders. He was one of the first ABS makers to do a lot of folders. He is now retired from knife making.
