Very nice wood presentation box with glass top and felt liner containing two skinning knives with lion and lioness scrimshaw scene, and a claw that has a pendant/necklace bail.
This hunter by Lynn Sampson features a hand rub satin finish wharncliffe blade with .159" blade stock and .856" blade depth, full tapered tang construction. The handle has engraved nickel silver dovetail bolsters and bone covers. The blade spine and tang have been file worked. Excellent condition.
