Overview
This Commander by Andrew Jordan has a black Damascus blade with a fuller on one side, notched thumbrest, .261" blade stock and 1.788" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a black steel guard and butt, a blasted burlap micarta grip with a black spacer, through tang that is peened at the end of the butt cap. The guard is stippled on the top and on the right side for indexing purposes. Comes with a custom kydex sheath with TekLok. Has a couple light sheath marks, otherwise excellent condition.
It comes with a "Hog" as a companion blade. It has a black asymetrically ground blade with swedge and notched thumbrest, .209" blade stock and 1.193" blade depth, full tang construction with cord wrapped grip. Comes with a kydex sheath. D2 Blade steel. Excellent condition.
It is designed for outdoor use for various outdoor activities where a good and solid knife is necessary. This knife was originally proposed in an article for the Royal Marine Commandos in 2003. The commander is the backbone of which all my performance knives are built.
