Overview
Introducing the Counterstrike, the lightest, slimmest, and most refined out the front to hit the Hogue Knives lineup of American-made knives. Designed by Jim Bruhns, Master Tool Maker and President of Hogue Knives, the Counterstrike defeats any notion of trigger rattle or blade play – shortcomings that nearly all automatic out-the-front knives experience. With an aesthetically balanced blade-to-frame ratio and an unwavering double-action, the Counterstrike is destined to impress even the most critical knife enthusiast.
These standard Counterstrike models feature CPM-20CV blade steel, cryogenically heated treated at 59–61HRC, and are available in tanto and drop point profiles with stone tumbled or black PVD finishes. At 2.9 ounces, the knife retains extremely lightweight through a streamlined, 6061–T6 anodized aluminum case coupled with an elegantly milled G10 cover. The Counterstrike includes a deep carry, ambidextrous pocket clip, and a carbide glass breaker with a lanyard loop. Each package also includes a filler screw for those that prefer to remove the glass breaker attachment.
