Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This One of a Kind Sword Dagger from Dawson Select features an American Made Damascus double edged blade with fileworked ricasso, .198" blade stock and 1.654" blade depth, full tang construction. The blade has a clear Cerakote on the blade. The handle has a fileworked black steel guard with polished "sunrise" copper accents, desert ironwood scales with mosaic pins, black synthetic silk wrapped grip, lanyard hole in the butt. Includes a COA and brown leather sheath dated 2018. Excellent condition. 

This is a one of a kind original design inspired by double edged short sowrds favored by the royal courts of Europe.

In 1973, Barry Dawson built his first knife shop inside a dilapidated barn. Fresh off a stint in Vietnam and flat broke, he built most of his machinery himself out of parts scavenged from the local landfill. What he didn't know, he learned, and what didn't exist yet, he invented. More than 40 years later Dawson Knives has grown to encompass three generations of knifemakers, all working together out of our shop in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Each of our knives and swords is 100% designed and handcrafted by us in the USA. We handle every aspect of the knifemaking process in-house, from cutout and grinding to heat-treat, finishes, sheaths and sharpening. We're constantly researching new and better knifemaking methods and the latest advances in materials to ensure we deliver you the best custom knife available.
