Pirtle Made
I have been active in the knife community since the late 90’s as a collector, user and craftsman. I am a lifelong woodworker, metalworker and tinkerer, all passions that drove me to start making knives, and by extension sheaths in the early 2000’s. In 2011 we welcomed our newborn daughter to the family, and there was no longer time for my knife making hobby, but I moved my leatherworking studio from my detached workshop into the house so I could pursue my true passion and still be close to family. In 2018 I left my corporate technology career to be a full time father and sheath maker.
My goal is to make the finest English Bridle and exotic sheaths available, fitted directly to the knife it is meant to carry. I want them to be capable of any use required while also being able to fit into a collection of any size or value.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my work!
