Overview
The vision I had for our edition of Divo Knives Chaser was simple. Unending blue sea and waves – in other words, endless 'Seigaiha'.
When I noticed the Chaser knife had pivots that 'hide' into the scales, I asked Kevin Johnson (@leftyedc) if he could make my dream come true... endless blue ocean waves. And he delivered... almost.
Matching the 'blurple' anodizing color perfectly proved to be a challenge. But, to his credit, Divo Knives decided to include an extra set of darkwashed hardware matching the blade finish in case you're OCD like me.
As you (probably) know by now, Seigaiha is my personal favorite pattern. Representing waves of good luck, power and resilience, tranquility and quiet strength, its symbolism has carried me through the ups and downs of life's daily chaos.
