Overview
We are proud to collaborate with Tracker Dan on the Graymatter tomahawk. We are the first production company to offer Dan’s designs and our collective goal was to bring an affordable set to market for the user and collector.
The Graymatter tomahawk offers full tang construction made from 3/16" 80CRV2 carbon steel and has a Cobalt Cerakote finish for increased corrosion and wear resistance. The aggressive head is purpose designed with defensive use in mind. The handle scales offer a contoured 3D texture that works effectively in both wet and dry environments without an overly aggressive feel. The head features a razor sharp, 3” forward facing edge, along with a wicked spike at the rear. The tomahawk includes a bottom eject scabbard with low ride MOC Straps for belt carry.
Tracker Dan has been a wilderness survival and tracking instructor since 1995 and a former member of SEAL Team 18, Tracker Dan teaches survival and tracking, marksmanship and tactics, along with hand-to-hand combat. He also provides personal protection for celebrities, businessmen and politicians. Dan has always had a passion for designing and making sheaths, holsters and edged weapons/tools. Decades of work experience, from being a farm hand as a teenager, teaching survival and tracking skills in the 90's and his SEAL team experience through the 2000's has led Dan to realize the importance of sharp edged tools was a necessity.
