Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This custom linerlock by Jim and Joyce Minnick features a blued blade with carved flats/ricasso, single thumbstud with diamond set in a gold bezel. The handle has blued and carved steel bolsters with 24kt gold inlaid engraving, front and rear, black lip pearl scales, fileworked gold spacers, fileworked and anodized titanium liners, fileworked blued steel backspacer, blued steel lanyard bail with 2 gold dot inlays. Nice detent, blade seating and lockup. Beautiful materials. Outstanding work with great attention to detail. The makers mark is set in gold engraving in the backspacer. Excellent condition. Comes with a zippered case.

About the Maker

Minnick, Jim & Joyce

Jim and Joyce Minnick have shared a partnership in the knife industry for over 30 years. Called "arguably the best knife making couple in the world". Combining Jim's talent as a world class knife maker, and Joyce's fine art engraving, has made their art known and collected both nationally and internationally. Their work has been featured in many articles and publications, receiving several honors and awards. Jim became a voting member of the Knifemakers' Guild in 1978. In 2008, Jim and Joyce's years of artistry in creating some of the most acclaimed investment-grade knives were recognized by the Corporazione Italian Coltellinai in Milan when they were inducted into the Italian Guild and designated as "Maestros". A very humbling moment for them and an honor they hold in very high esteem. Jim and Joyce make their home in Middletown, Indiana. They both feel they are truly blessed to be able to share a common interest and work together in creating some truly unique and innovative art knives, which has been the hallmark of their work.
