Overview
This Wakazashi by Walter Sorrells features a hand rub satin finished folded steel (1050 and 1095) blade with nice hamon, .225" blade stock and 1.192" blade depth, hidden tang construction. The handle has a copper habiki, blackened copper seppa, blackened steel tsuba with decorative carving, blackened copper seppa, blackened silver fuchi with gold overlay, black ito leather wrapped tsuka with white stingray skin underlay, brass menukis, silver kashira with gold overlays. Comes with a black wooden saya with black cord wrapped kurikata. The seppas and tsuba are loose, otherwise excellent condition. Comes with sword bag. Tang is marked and has #1422 written in sharpie.
