Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

These Minnow knives by Phil Booth feature Mike Norris Damascus blades with fullers and false top edges. The handle has black/red Dark Matter fat carbon fiber scales, dovetail Damascus spacers, file worked stainless steel liners, matching Damascus backspacer, and lanyard bail. Nice action and blade seating. Comes with a zippered case. Excellent condition. 

Model 18, Model 13 and Little Guy (one of a kind) included, as well as three zipper cases and two photographs of the set. The largest knife dimensions are in the specs sections, the other two are as follows: 1.35" Blade, 3.375" overall, 2.25" closed, and weighs 1.7oz. .875" Blade, 2.875" overall, 1.875" closed, and weighs 1oz.

About the Maker

Booth, Philip

Philip comes to knifemaking through the fine arts. He is an award winning painter, printmaker and knifemaker. At 10 years old he made his first knife by hammering a 16 penny spike and wrapping the handle with tape. Not much of a knife but at 10 years, a huge accomplishment. Philip sold his first knife in 1991 and is now a full-time maker and voting member of The Knifemakers' Guild. All the knives are made entirely by hand using the metal reduction methods on a one-at-a-time basis. This gives the maker ultimate control and makes each knife unique. Materials for each knife are laid out before each knife is begun, much like a painter laying out his pallet. Knives can be designed around a particular piece of pearl or ivory, and many take advantage of a certain pattern in the Damascus steel. In this way close attention can be paid to pattern, texture and color.
