Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Calling this a jade dagger is like calling a Ferrari a car. Stunning piece of art featured in David Arom's book "Custom Fixed Blade Knives". The blade was custom forged by Nick Smolen in the Starry Night pattern. The guard is hand textured bronze as is the finial on the pommel. The handle is a gorgeous carved jade with black manganese swirls from the Teton mountain range. This piece is art knifemaking at its finest. Perfect condition, just as the day it was originally purchased. Includes personal notes from David Broadwell as well as the original design drawings. Any collector will appreciate this piece. Broadwell, David

David Broadwell has been an artist all of his life, and still to this day he considers himself an artist, and expresses his creativity in his knives, pens, and other functional art. In 1981 Broadwell took a broken file and made his first knife. With its completion Broadwell knew this was what he wanted to do for a living, and he worked toward that end. In 1989 Broadwell left his job as a machinist and became a full time knifemaker. In 2001 Broadwell began creating writing instruments.
