Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

Richly grained oak burl scales with a nicely contoured grip. 1/8 inch spine thickness and 7/8 inch blade depth. False top edge. Very nice grinds. Full tang. Guard does exhibit some minor table scratches and there is a small rough spot near the belly of one scale, possibly an epoxied plug, otherwise this knife, from a private collection, is in excellent condition. Beauchamp, Gaetan

Gaetan Beauchamp makes hunting, folding and high end collector knives. He also scrimshaws on ivory and water buffalo horn. Gaetan has received international recognition and awards for his knives and scrimshaw. Gaetan prefers to use ATS-34, 440C, O1, and Damascus. He typically uses 416 stainless steel for his bolsters. His handle materials range from stabilized wood, ivory, water buffalo horn to malachite and lapis lazuli gemstone. Gaetan's wife, Denise Bryar, makes his sheaths, often using moose, emu, shark, salmon skin and beaver tail. Gaetan is a member of both the Canadian and the U.S. Knifemakers' Guilds.
