Blount, Josh
"I began making knives when I was 14, and continued studying bladesmithing throughout my teenage years. I joined the American Bladesmith Society (ABS) and was blessed with the opportunity to learn from Larry Harley of Lonesome Pine Knives and other ABS affiliated smiths of the Virginia and Tennessee area. I also attended the ABS Bill Moran School of Bladesmithing for a Handles & Guards course. In the spring of 2021 after moving into a new home, I was finally able to set up a shop, rejoin the ABS, and begin pursuing the art of bladesmithing again. Since then I have had the joy of the sharing the this craft with friends as well as my son Elliot. We hope one day to form a father-son bladesmithing team."
