My name is Jason Knott, and I forge knives by hand in Warrington, England — a short drive from Sheffield, the city that taught the world for two centuries what fine steel could be.

Ever Knife I manufacture is made with one purpose in mind that is “ Make A Knife that deserves to be kept and passed on from a father to a son, from a collection to the next custodian, carried for a lifetime and then carried by someone else”

I choose my materials the way a jeweller chooses stones. I work with premium high-carbon and stainless steels. Nothing leaves my hands that I would not be proud to carry myself.

Because I work alone, I make only a small number of knives each year. Each piece is unique. When you collect one of my knives, you aren't buying a tool from a shelf. You're taking custody of something made slowly, by one pair of hands, to last far longer than any of us.
