Shipping Policy

Any customers with separate shipping and billing addresses are subject to follow up contact. If no contact can be made, your order will be cancelled. Please understand that this policy is to protect our customers from fraud and theft.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses require shipping via USPS.

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. All orders shipped USPS (including Express) may take an additional business day to process and ship. We strongly recommend shipping UPS if you need guaranteed delivery by a certain date.

For our international customers, you must call or email after ordering to arrange for duties/customs and declarations before we will ship your order. USPS Express International shipments with declarations greater than $200, incur an additional $15.00 fee for postage/insurance.

Overview

This knife features a mirror polished spear point blade with dual checkered thumbstuds, false top edge, and fully fileworked spine and backspacer. The handle has integral fluted stainless steel bolsters/liners, fluted wood (maybe ebony?) scales with twisted silver wire inlays. Has perfect flush lockup and good blade seating. Blade is marked #5 and was designed by J.W. Townsend. Comes with a nylon zippered case. This is a beautiful piece of Boguszewski history and is in Excellent+ condition. Don't miss out on this one, you may never see one again.

About the Maker

Boguszewski, Phil

Phil Boguszewski began making knives in 1979. Phil's flippers have become a benchmark in the industry and are known for their effortless, smooth and fast opening. His fit and finish are superb and he is widely regarded as one of the best flipper knifemakers ever .He joined the Knifemakers’ Guild as a probationary member in 1984 and became a voting member in 1986. Phil passed away in 2013.
